Event Topics:
Eastern Medicine—Acupuncture facelifts, herbs instead of antibiotics, managing PMS with needles! We will discuss how eastern medicine works, when it is most effective, and how it plays an active role in healing.

Integrative Medicine—Meet Author and Psychiatrist, Dr. Hyla Cass, from The View and CBS News. Do you have endometriosis? Were you on antibiotics in high school for your skin? Maybe that achy back is from a candida overgrowth in your gut! Today's symptoms are often related to past treatments going back as far as childhood! Learn more about achieving optimal health based on how your body's systems work together and respond to illnesses and western "solutions."

Meditation and Mindfulness—Walking, yoga, reading, and getting a facial establish the life/work balance that is key to maintaining our wellness. Meditation can create positive changes in our genetic makeup! We'll investigate the significance of thought patterns and a peaceful mindset on our health, and learn how to incorporate techniques into our routines.

Women's Wellness—Let's dish on beauty and aging, PMS, HPV, endometriosis, and other common wellness concerns impacting women, as well as options that put the power back in our hands!
